Overview
The Content Planner is where your generated content becomes a publishing strategy. Move posts through stages, attach media, schedule for the perfect time, and publish directly to your social accounts.
Content Lifecycle
Every post in the planner moves through four stages:
Draft → Planned → Scheduled → Posted
- Draft — Content just added to the planner. Edit, refine, and prepare it.
- Planned — Ready for publishing. Attach media, preview, and decide when to post.
- Scheduled — Set to go live at a specific date and time (auto or manual).
- Posted — Published to social media. View results and post links.
Three Ways to View Your Content
Board View (Kanban)
Four columns — Draft, Planned, Scheduled, Posted. Drag and drop cards between columns to change their state. Toggle between card view and table view within the board.
The Posted column shows only the last 24 hours of posts. Switch to Table view to see all posted content.
Calendar View
See your scheduled content on a calendar with three modes:
- Month — Full month grid with colored chips for each scheduled post
- Week — 7-day view with more detail per day
- Day — Detailed list of all posts for a single day, sorted by time, plus unscheduled items
Navigate with arrows, jump to today with the Today button.
Table View
Tabbed tables for each state (Draft, Planned, Scheduled, Posted). Shows title, platform, preview, media, dates, and all actions in a compact row format. Best for managing large numbers of posts.
