Social Connections: Publish Directly to Your Accounts

Supported Platforms

How to Connect

1. Go to the Social tab in the Content Planner
2. Click Connect on the platform you want
3. You'll be redirected to the platform's login page
4. Authorize Niftaire Craft to post on your behalf
5. You're redirected back — the connection appears with your username and avatar

Multiple Connections

You can connect multiple accounts for the same platform. For example, connect 3 different X accounts and post to all of them simultaneously.

Connection limits depend on your plan:

• Silver — 2 per platform, 5 total
• Gold — 5 per platform, 15 total

Selecting Connections for Publishing

At the top of the Board view, there's a connection dropdown. Search and select which accounts you want to publish to. Selected connections appear as chips with avatars.

When you click Publish on a post, a confirmation dialog shows exactly which accounts will receive the post. Review and confirm.

Disconnecting

Click the disconnect icon next to any connection in the Social tab. You can reconnect anytime.

Token Management

Social media tokens expire periodically. Niftaire Craft automatically refreshes tokens when possible. If a token can't be refreshed, the connection status changes to "expired" and you'll need to reconnect.

Security

• OAuth 2.0 is used for all connections — we never see your social media password
• Access tokens are stored securely in encrypted DynamoDB
• You can revoke access anytime from the platform's settings or by disconnecting in Niftaire Craft
• Connections are per-user and not shared

Plan Requirements

Social connections and auto-publishing require a Silver or Gold plan. The Starter plan includes the planner but not social connections — you can still plan and manually post your content.
